Returns, Warranty and Cancellations:
- All sales made through the Inside Technology website are subject to Inside Technology Policies.

- Once a Custom Build PC is ordered and products are ordered and installed, we can not provide refund as products have been opened and installed. You have 24 hours to advice of cancellation. After 24 hours, you are bound to the purchase or forfeit the deposit.
- Upgrades special order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of orders.
- Cancellations must be sent to us within 24 hours of ordering via email with order number and item to be cancelled. Items cancelled after 24 hours of order then a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all goods returned without a fault.
- No order can be cancelled after it has been shipped.
- Inside Technology reserves the right after 7 days to cancel any order where the balance has not been paid for pick up or delivery and the purchaser will forfeit the deposit.
Shipping:
- All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Inside Technology Shipping Policy.

- As courier selection is Automated for best and cheapest option, we can not change the selection of the courier after you checkout as shipping charges would have already been included.
