IT Technician:
Inside Technology are seeking a talented Tech Support person. Applicant must be keen and highly motivated. The successful applicant will have a strong technical ability and possess great troubleshooting skills for IT products and peripherals. Experience in a retail environment preferred.
Applicant must have A+.
Responsibilities include:
- PCs and laptops, service and repairs.
- Providing technical support to customers, on-site and off-site.
- Building and upgrading of computer systems, software installation and network deployment.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Possess and develop a good understanding and skill level in computer hardware, operating systems, software and networking.
- Relevant IT qualifications/certifications.
- High focus on excellent customer service.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Maintain a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to customers and staff at all times.
- Ability to work within a Team.
- Demonstrated ability to follow rules and procedures.
- Maintaining a professional and clean work area.

Current drivers licence is essential.
