Can I get a product you don’t have on your website?
We can check with our suppliers if we are able to get it, we will need to get a 15% deposit before we place an order. There are a huge range of products and brands on the market and as such, we can not stock every product.
 
Can I check my order status on line?
Yes, you would need to check order update email from us, in the email we advise of courier used and consignment note number upon dispatch. Go to the courier’s website and enter the Con Note Number.
 
Do I need to register to order from Inside Technology website?
No, for a one off order, you can use Express Checkout.
We recommend you register as there are benefits such as, you only need to enter your details once, you can also check your order history.
 
Can you offer better price than the price displayed on your website?
The prices shown on our website are the most competitive prices we can offer. Check our Inside Bundle if you are purchasing more than one product. Bundles change regularly. For larger orders, please contact us of how we can save you on shipping or a discount, depending on the quantity.
 
Can I pick up my web order from your shop in Melbourne?
Yes, you would need to advise us before pick up. As we need to get the goods ready or sent to us from the supplier.
 
I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix this?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by calling or emailing, include your order number and the correct order you are after. Please note, we can note change orders after it has been packed or dispatched.

What are your payment options?
We have a choice of 4 payment options as listed below.

I selected direct deposit for the order, where do I pay?
The bank details will be in the order confirmation email.
Please use your Order/Invoice number as the reference.
 
Can I use PayPal to pay?
No, we offer credit card payments as well as direct deposit.

What credit cards do you accept?
At the moment we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Is paying with a credit card safe?
Yes, we use 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption for credit cards processing for maximum security during transmission using software.
We do NOT store credit card details, only last 4 digits are printed on the invoice to state which card was used. All other credit card information is discarded upon completion of the order.
 
Can I make payment over the phone using my credit card?
No, you can only place an order by phone for in-store pick up and payment. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone, you can pay in store with a credit card or purchase via the website. The reason for this is to prevent fraud and avoid processing stolen credit cards and to help protect our customers.
 
I have lost my tax invoice, can I have another copy?
If you have purchased under an account from our website then yes. We keep these on record for 6 months. If you purchased via express checkout, then no as our website discards these information and we are unable to issue invoice again.

My system is running slow, what do I do?
There could be different reasons for a slow PC. Below is a list of some of the reasons:
Viruses and spyware
Software corruption or a program using all resources.
Many programs running at start up.
Not enough or faulty RAM
Faulty hardware.
Contact our IT Service Centre for Tech Support.

My system has spyware and viruses, how can I remove them?
You should do a full system scan with your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs on your system. First get the latest updates for your security software before you run the scan. If you don’t have security software installed on your system. You can purchase one from Inside Technology. If your system is not responding to scanning, you will need to get it checked and viruses removed by a qualified technician. Contact our IT Service Centre for virus removal service.
 
My system won’t connect to the internet?
Usually the cause is software setting with configuration, modem, router or the internet service provider. The chance of this issue being hardware is very slim. First check that cables and hardware are in place probably (with the PC turned off). Then you will need to check your setting. Contact your Internet Service Provider or contact our IT Service Centre for Technical support.
Please note that configuration setting is not covered under warranty.

Where can I get drivers for my product?
Drivers can be obtained from the official vendor’s website for your product.
 
Do your products have overseas warranty?
Inside Technology offer a one year warranty in Australia only. Some vendors offer overseas warranty, check directly with the vendor.
