Payment options
We have a choice of 4 payment options:
1. Cash.
2. EFTPOS.
3. Direct Deposit.
4. Credit Card.
Paying by Direct Deposit:
Please ensure that you include the order number as your reference, so we can match it against your payment to avoid delays. Orders will only be released for dispatch or collection once payment is received into our bank account. In most cases this usually takes between 1 and 3 days.
Our details will be emailed to you once you've completed checkout. If you haven't received this email, please email us.
Paying by Credit Card:
We accept Bank card, MasterCard and Visa. All credit card orders are subject to verification and 2% surcharge.
Here at Inside Technology, the security of your credit card is our top priority. We use 256bit SSL encryption for credit cards processing for maximum security. Due to the rise of credit card fraud, all credit card orders are subjected to an automatic advanced security check. This is to protect you and us from fraudulent orders if your credit card was stolen and used on our website.
For orders that don’t meet the minimum security requirements, we will undertake additional security checks. This is a necessary security measure to help us verify your credit card details.
If we are unable to verify your details as above, we will need to verify your credit card by using Token Verification method. A small random amount under $2 will be charged to your credit card and refunded on the same day. All you then have to do is call your bank and ask for the amount or alternatively by checking your online banking. Once you have the amount you can simply call us on 03 9761 3022 or email sales@insidetech.com.au.
We do appreciate your patience and understanding during this once-off verification process. Once your credit card has been 100% verified your orders will no longer be subjected to any further credit card verification in the future.
Important Notice:
- We do NOT store credit card details, your credit card is processed by our financial institutions.
- We use 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption for credit cards processing for maximum security during transmission using software. Payment is done directly via ANZ eGate credit card processing facility for maximum security.
- Personal cheques or money order are not accepted.
- Company cheques only accepted with prior arrangement.
- Inside Technology website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Inside Technology will provide the customers’ details to the appropriate authorities, in accordance with the law, if the information we received is deemed to be false or misleading.
